The hotel's location is in the midst of everything, making it convenient for exploring all the theme parks. Guests mentioned the beautiful lobby and Christmas decorations as well as the cozy and well-themed rooms. the pool area was clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff and top-notch service were highlighted, and there were multiple dining options available, including quick snacks and fun dining experiences at Whispering Canyon. Many guests enjoyed the views of the lake and surrounding nature.

The only complaint mentioned was the noise from the boats on the lake, but this was balanced out by the unique opportunity to see the Electrical Water parade from the room.

The hotel had a strikingly beautiful lobby that really captured the essence of the national parks. The attention to detail in the resort's design was impeccable. The transportation options, both by boat and bus, made it easy to get around and explore different parks and resorts. The resort view room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and fit perfectly with the theme of the hotel. The Geyser Point Bar and Grill was a hidden gem, with amazing lounge food and quick service available, even late at night.

Seating at the pool was a bit limited, which made finding a spot to relax a little challenging. The quick service restaurant, although great, was on the smaller side, which could get crowded during peak times.

Amazing Christmas decoration and firepit for smores at night. Close to the theme park and with shuttle service. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
